Open FlipperPal and tap "New Bill of Sale." Select the option to scan a title or registration card, then point your camera at the document. Make sure the title is well-lit and flat. FlipperPal's AI will automatically extract the seller's name, address, VIN, year, and make within a few seconds. Review the extracted information and tap Confirm to proceed.

FlipperPal uses the official NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) government database — the same database used by dealerships and the DMV. Just photograph the VIN anywhere on the vehicle (dashboard, door jamb, or title). FlipperPal reads the VIN from the photo and instantly retrieves the full model, trim, engine, and other details. No barcode sticker required.

You can cancel your FlipperPal subscription anytime through your device's app store settings. On iPhone: go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find FlipperPal, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

The SAMPLE watermark appears on PDFs generated with the Free plan. To remove it, upgrade to the Basic ($4.99/month) or Pro ($9.99/month) plan. Upgrade from within the FlipperPal app under Settings → Subscription. Once upgraded, all new PDFs will be generated without the watermark.

Yes. FlipperPal uses Supabase for secure data storage with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Document images processed by our AI are not stored permanently after analysis. Your saved bill of sale history remains accessible even after cancelling your subscription. You will revert to the Free plan, which means any new PDFs you generate will include the SAMPLE watermark — but your existing deal history will not be deleted. Your data is yours.
